Women's Summer Solstice Wild Weekend

Service Description

Our women's summer wild weekend focuses on the abundance of summer and how as women, in tune with the seasons we too can feel and live in abundance. LAND:  After arriving at our rural and magical 14th century barn, we’ll spend the evening getting to know each other, eating well, and making sure we’re ready for the wild! ARRIVE: We'll start Saturday with some wild yoga, and after breakfast you'll be guided through a technique that lands us in our special environment GET WILD: We’ll spend the day exploring some of the more wild parts of Dartmoor National Park, away from the crowds and immersed in the moors, tors and forests that make this place so magical REFLECT: During the day we take the time to stop and notice. We'll have the time to journal and to share CONNECT: You’ll be guided through some mindful moments in the wild to build connection with yourself, each other, and the wild GROUND: On return to basecamp we'll cook for you and share a delicious vegan / vegetarian meal. IGNITE: In the evening we'll enjoy the heart of living wild, the fire, with a fire and cacao ceremony. DREAM: After a special day we’ll sleep sound in our special Dartmoor home. REFRESH: We begin Sunday with some cold water immersion. We’ll walk from our home into an enchanted woodland with a river running through it. We’ll guide you through some breath-work and then coach you through a cold water experience. The science behind the benefits of cold water is growing all the time - and we love it! REPLENISH:After the magic of cold water we’ll return to our basecamp and enjoy a wholesome breakfast. REMEMBER: When we’re ready we’ll head up onto a High Tor and take the opportunity to once again mindfully connect with our environment and reflect on the weekend adventure. CELEBRATE: After lunch, as we come to the end of our Wild Weekend we'll take the time to stop and share gratitude for our experience. Inclusions: +Transport from + return to Exeter St Davids station (2.5hrs from London) +2 night’s accommodation - bunkhouse style in 14th century barn + 6 healthy and wholesome vegan meals per person (Dinner x 2, Breakfast x 2, Lunch x 2) + Snacks + Hot drinks from some inspirational providers + Journal + pencil + All group/emergency kit  Exclusions: + Personal kit - we'll send you a kit list when you sign up for this adventure (sleeping bag and mat are a must) Logistics: Our base is near Hound Tor and you are welcome to drive if you choose.
