We know that getting into the wild with a bunch of like-minded humans is good for the soul. That's why we host a few unique adult adventures every year. From journeys in the lesser visited wilds of the UK, to our favourite spots further afield.

All our adventures are rooted in our philosophy of connecting more deeply with ourselves, each other and the environments we are in. We do this through supportive and experienced facilitation, using mindful approaches to help you explore.
