Wild24 for groups - Snowdonia
An inspiring 24hr adventure in the wilds of Snowdonia
Service Description
LAND: After picking your tribe up from Bangor train station, we'll head to our start point where we'll check we're all set for 24hrs in the Wild. We'll land where we are by engaging our senses and tuning into the wild and then, we're off! REFLECT: Making our way through the stunning landscapes of Snowdonia, we take the time to stop and notice where we are. We'll have the time to journal, and to share LIVE WILD: We'll make camp by two little Llyn's (lakes) and take time to experience the joy of simply living in connection with our environment. This is often a challenge if you haven't done it before, but it's a magical one - and we'll be with you every step of the way. IGNITE: After we've cooked for you, we'll engage with the heart of living wild, fire, and we'll work with its powerful alchemy to inspire us. We love a good ceremony and all the best chats happen round the fire! GROUND: After a night spent sleeping wild we'll begin day two with some wild yoga, some breath work, and a tasty breakfast. REFRESH: Before leaving our wild home we'll work with the wild water to wake ourselves up through cold water immersion. We love a Wild plunge! REMEMBER: We'll use the mountain peaks to guide you through a mindful moment with the Wild CELEBRATE: As we come to the end of our adventure we'll take the time to stop and give thanks for our experience.
