Gower was the first place in Britain to be named an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With cliffs and woodlands ringed by sparkling wild long sandy beaches just waiting to be explored...
about the adventure

On this adventure we base ourselves in a hidden away National Trust bunkhouse. Nestled among pine trees and sand dunes and far away from the madding crowds, with native Welsh ponies and the sound of wild silence for company.

The bunkhouse will be our warm and safe base from which we adventure into the surrounding landscape of the Gower Peninsula. With its woodlands, beaches and wild marshland, our journey will stretch far beyond the safety of the bunkhouse up onto the coastal paths and wild beaches.

We’ll explore this together through swimming in the sea, trekking, story-telling, reflecting, playing, sharing and creating.

The weather is of course it's own wild, so we plan and adapt our journey along the way to work with what is, in the safest and most magical way. The group is limited to a maximum of 10 women with 2 female facilitators to take you on the journey.

Our journey starts at 2pm on the Friday on a wild sandy beach in the North Western part of The Gower Peninsula and finishes by 2pm on the Monday.  Option to travel by car (all directions will be provided on booking) or by train with free station pick up & return from Swansea train station (just 3 hours from London).

All you need to bring is an open mind, and open heart and a sense of adventure!

Our Women's Wild Coast adventure is open to anyone who identifies as female.

why women only adventures?
"It's evident that women in our society need to take time for themselves, because just like Mother Nature, we're caregivers to all of our loved ones, but need to not forget or lose ourselves on that journey. So for me, being able to promote wild time specifically for women, has been rewarding and enlightening. The wild women adventures have opened my mind of just how powerful females are, and how willing and generous every woman on our adventures has been with sharing their own power."
